Inspired by the geographic cards I’ve been fortunately dealt, Corners of the World is an ode to the mountains, trees, and vast terrains of the places I’ve been grateful to call home. From views as big as mountains, down to the smallest of pine cones, every natural aspect is inescapably wonderful and endlessly inspirational. Earthy tones and simplified shapes all aim to capture the magnificence of the West.

Magpie aims to encompass the beauty in nature, even during the coldest and driest winters in the Northwest. The aspects I tend to notice most each year served as the featured topics in this collection: the shining green leaves and deep, red, twisted bark of the manzanita; the northern flickers with their spotted bellies; the luminescent feathers of the magpie; and the breaking of the morning light and setting of the evening sun all inspired this collection.

Junco was inspired by my feathered little friends who pay me a returning visit each winter. I never anticipated becoming a self-proclaimed "bird nerd," but upon returning to Central Oregon, I found it difficult not to become interested in the menagerie of beautiful birds outside my window. Among the vast range of different birds in this area, the juncos are among the cutest and most characterful.

Stripped down to their essential forms, the rocks, plants, sands, and skies of your Desert Journey can reveal how intricate they truly are. Inspired by the complexity of nature, Desert Journey pays homage to the worldly configurations in the sand beneath our feet, the skies above our heads, and everything a part of nature in between.

No need to make lemonade from lemons, they’re perfect already, just the way they are. Grove Delight’s collection was inspired by and created for those who love to bask in Summer’s splendor. The warm Sun, bright colors, and the fruit that leaves a resonance of anxious anticipation for the season’s next return. And to give credit where credit is due, this collection was artistically fueled by lemonade on a warm, Summer’s day.

Where I’m from, Summer is fleeting and must be treasured while it lasts. Sun and River was inspired by the walks my Daughter, our trusty dog, and I would take each morning around our neighborhood. This particular year, our area presented new flowers and plants all around our forested landscapes, and every day, we were pleasantly surprised to find a new color and form in the midst of our path. This collection encapsulates the contentment of the here and now, appreciating the everyday beauty all around us.
Someone once said, “In all things of nature, there is something of the marvelous”. From an outside perspective, it’s easy to take the intricate workings of nature for granted. Thus, the extraordinary is merely ordinary. But for those who care to look closely, this natural process of ordinary opulence brings its captivated viewers the beauty in flowers, plants, and colorful displays of manifested nature ever occurring in our surroundings.
